In 2019, I purchased Wild River Townhomes, a 36-unit complex in Sandstone, MN. By that time, I’d already been investing for several years, which gave me the confidence and insight needed to take on larger projects.
Over five years, strategic renovations and management led to a 75% increase in the property’s value. A cash-out refinance returned 33% of the original investment capital to investors while maintaining strong cash flow.
