When I founded Invest Wise Capital, I had a clear vision: to create a company that combined smart investing with meaningful impact. After spending 15 years in law enforcement, I was ready to transition from protecting communities to building them.
Our journey began in 2019 with the acquisition of Wild River Townhomes, a 36-unit complex in Sandstone, MN. From there, we’ve grown steadily, focusing on multifamily properties across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa—markets that offer strong fundamentals and long-term opportunities.
